Welcome to Overtime Charter Fishing

Join me for a day on the water. Whether you are experienced or just a beginner, we can offer a variety of fishing opportunities. We will tailor your trip to your desires. I love to fish and will try my very best to insure you have a good time.

The Captain

Captain Jay is a licensed USCG Master Captain. He has been fishing the Crystal Coast of North Carolina for over 30 years.Experience the excitement of big game fishing and maybe even the catch of a lifetime. A typical day of fishing can be live bait fishing or trolling rigged baits over wreaks, reefs and live bottom structures from 3 to 40 miles off shore for King Mackerel, Barracuda, Dolphin, Sailfish and Spanish Mackerel to mention a few.

Captain Jay's philosophy of a good day on the water consists of having a safe day, to make sure you have an enjoyable time and that you learn something along the way.

On the Overtime we want you to be actively involved in your charter. Options are flexible and we will tailor a trip to meet your desires.

Charter Rates for 2008 *

Overtime Rates: We provide the fishing license for all individuals.

• $400 Half day - (5 hours) Inshore
• $500 Full day - (8 hours) Inshore
• $600 Three quarter day - (8 hours) 15-20 miles out
• $800 Full day - ( 11 hours) off shore 20-45 miles out
• $80 per hour (minimum 2 hours) tour of Crystal Coast for up to six passengers.
  This cost covers all six people.

Fishing charter prices includes up to 4 people
Crystal Coast tours prices includes up to 6 people

In the event of bad weather (determined by captain), we will offer an alternative date

To help prevent seasickness we suggest you do the following

• Get a good nights sleep
• Limit alcohol consumption
• Eat a light breakfast
• Take a seasick tablet the night before the trip
